On arrival
To make your arrival at the chalet as smooth as possible, our chalet reception service is operated by Cathie Gregg, an English, multi lingual resident of Chamonix, who organizes the hand over of the keys to our guests. She can provide point of contact locally by e-mail or telephone. She is happy to arrange directly a start up pack of groceries and provide local knowledge.
Sporting activities
Chamonix is an all year round destination with a wide range of alpine pursuits to suit all ages, ranging from walking and cycling to rock climbing, canoeing and white water rafting.

Ski and boot hire
www.chamonixski.com offer a personnal to the chalet door service for our customers at very competetive prices. They will happily bring your order to the Chalet from 8am in the morning until to 7pm in the evening. Make your booking through their website or contact Pierre at pierre@chamonixski.com or tel; 0033(0)680021796 prior to your holiday to arrange boots, skis, snowboards. There aim is that you spend more time on the slopes.
Ski tuition Contact Pascalou at pascalou4@wanadoo.fr or 0033(0)619756916 to arrange personalised instruction, collection available from the chalet. Ski lessons, snowboard lessons for adults or children can be planned prior to your arrival in Chamonix.
Mountain guide For the people wanting to be more adventurous then contact Sebastian at seb@chamonixguiding.com or telephone 0033(0)678637686 for a day on the world famous Vallee Blanche or off piste skiing or ice climbing.
Catering
The chalet is rented out for self catering guests, but if catering is required, contact Philip Jones for your specially prepared cuisine. He is an English Chef, living within 3 mins of Chalet Regal, who is happy to arrange that special anniversary, birthday meal. He will plan the meal depending on your preferred culinary taste and budget:
Eating out in the Chamonix valley
Chamonix is full of wonderful restaurants to dine out and experience fabulous food. We have recommended several restaurants, starting with the closest to the chalet:

Atmosphere 123 Place Balmat Telephone: 0033(0)450559797 5 minute walk into the centre of Chamonix, overlooking L' Arve river with early reservations required to get the best riverside tables.
La Caleche Telephone: 0033(0)450530765 Located in central Chamonix with the best traditional Haute Savoyarde cuisine on offer in the Chamonix valley.
